Service

Our vast array of services starts with a routine check-up and range all the way to cleaning the entire system.  Air conditioning check-ups are important to the well being of your system to ensure the integrity of the system year round.  With our check-up we can determine and repair any problems that, if ignored, could result in more serious complications.

  • Thermostat Calibration - An improperly calibrated thermostat can result in sporadic system operation.
  • Evaporator Coil - Dirty evaporator coils can cause airflow restriction which can damage the air conditioning system and even cause family health problems.
  • Drains - Drain lines remove up to 12 gallons of condensation per day.  Clogged drains can overflow resulting in serious home damage.
  • Blower Motor -  Dirt and debris on blower motors can cause over heating, and some even require lubricating annually.
  • Duct System - Leaking ductwork can decrease your system efficiency and cause high electric bills
  • Return Air - Leaky return air chases allow hot attic air into the airflow and allow dust to bypass the filter.
  • Filters - Filters must remain clean in order to prevent costly airflow restrictions.
  • Capacitors - Faulty capacitors can cause increased amp draw to motors, causing higher electric bills and even system failure.
  • Contactors - Unclean and pitted contacts can cause erratic operations and damage other components.
  • Condensor Coil - Dirty or damaged fins can cause system to overheat on hot summer days.
  • Fan Motor - Fan motors must stay free of debris and may even require oiling.
  • Freon Lines - The freon lines are extremely important to refrigerant flow and must remain unkinked and free of obstructions.
