Service

Our vast array of services starts with a routine check-up and ranges all the way to cleaning the entire system.  Heating check-ups are important to the well being of your system to ensure the integrity of the system year round and the safety of your family.  With our check-up, we can determine and repair any problems that, if ignored, could result in more serious complications.

  • Thermostat Calibration - A properly calibrated thermostat should be withen a 1 - 2 degree range from start to stop.
  • Heat Exchanger - A fualty heat exchanger can increase the chance of fire and allow dangerous carbon monoxide to enter the home's living space.
  • Burners - Blockage at burner areas cause erratic flame distribution and can cause fire or system damage.
  • Gas Valve - Improperly maintained gas valves can cause wasted fuel and system failure.
  • Thermocouple - Clean and unpitted thermocouples are critical to uninterrupted heat year round.
  • Safety Controls - Unserviced heaters could leave faulty safety controls undetected.
  • Blower Motor -  Blowers must remain clean in order to prevent over heating, and some even require lubricating annually.
  • Duct System - Leaking ductwork can decrease your system efficiency and cause high electric bills
  • Return Air - Leaky return air chases allow hot attic air into the airflow and allow dust to bypass the filter.
  • Filters - Filters must remain clean in order to prevent costly airflow restrictions.
  • Capacitors - Faulty capacitors can cause increased amp draw to motors, causing higher electric bills and even system failure.
